As AI reshapes what it means to deliver on Salesforce, the bar for architectural thinking has moved with it. Organizations need someone who can see across the full stack, connect the dots between platforms, and make decisions that don't create new problems two years down the road.
We're excited to welcome Aaron Winters to the Modelit team as Principal Architect and Industry Practice Lead.
This is a significant addition for our team. Modelit has always been strong on delivery and deep on Salesforce, and Aaron brings additional muscle to our architecture practice — a level of cross-platform expertise and strategic perspective that strengthens how we can show up for clients, from initial scoping through long-term architecture decisions.
Aaron is an enterprise architect in the truest sense. Over a career working with complex organizations, he's built deep fluency across Salesforce, AWS, and modern data platforms. He approaches each not as a separate tool but as part of a coherent system, which is the kind of thinking that keeps ambitious implementations from becoming technical debt. For clients navigating AI adoption on Salesforce, that matters. The technical decisions made now will shape what's possible for years ahead.
Beyond the technical depth, Aaron has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of technology and social impact. He has deep experience with nonprofits, the same sector where much of Modelit's most meaningful work happens. He understands the constraints these organizations operate under, and he knows how to build systems that scale impact without adding complexity.
Aaron values using technology thoughtfully, serving organizations that are doing meaningful work, and building things that last. We're glad to have him in this role.
