Data 360 is Salesforce's unified data layer, the infrastructure that brings together your customer data from across your systems and makes it available to every Salesforce product, including Agentforce. Data Cloud is the product that powers it. When we talk about the Quick Start to Data 360, we mean getting that unified data foundation live in your production environment, not just as a demo or proof of concept.
The pilot covers a data quality assessment of your sample data, scope definition based on your business priorities, ingestion of up to two data sources (five objects each), configuration and testing of identity resolution for unified profiles, and a credit use forecast so there are no surprises. At the end of four weeks, you have a working, production-ready Data 360 foundation, not a slideshow.
You need an active Salesforce org and at least one data source you want to unify, typically your CRM, marketing platform, or support system. You don't need to have Data Cloud licenses yet. We can help you understand what you'll need before the pilot begins.
